Hello all! How are you doing today? My original plan was to use 700, but I saw fury x video card on sale, and having done some research, I thought it would be a good graphics card to start out with. However, due to that, my budget had to be increased and now I am thinking 1100 - 1200 for my new computer including a monitor. Having help of a friend of mine, I built this part, and wanted to ask for your opinion on it, whether I should upgrade something or change something. Any help is grateful and since I am a new comer, I thank everyone beforehand who could post your opinions. Thank you for your opinions! :)

Hey all thank you for your help, I took some time to upgrade and rebuild my build, Would this be a better build than before?

This is what I'd change. Better PSU because you are running a Fury X and don't want all that to die, PSU's kill GPU's if you arn't careful. You also need to get 2 sticks of RAM as they run in dual channel and if you arn't careful you get half speed with just one.

Not a good PSU choice. Get a proper tier 1 or 2 unit. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Ram should be 2x4gb, for proper dual channel. Cryorig H7 is a better cooler, for not much more. Newegg typically has them for around $34. GTX 1070 probably would have been a better buy, than a Fury X. I would go with a motherboard that support SLI, for proper dual graphics card support, in the even you decide you want to do SLI or CF.

Yes but you will have a worse case. If you can live with a really nasty case then that is fine although I'd just spend an extra $30 and get it right.
