For the last 2 days, I have been encountering this problem every time I open Epic Games Launcher. It did it once a day for 2 days straight. And before this problem, my game would freeze for some time and then crash. Sometimes, it would freeze for seconds and sometimes for minutes. I am wondering if I should do a BIOS update.

Ryzen 3 1200 overclocked to 3.7 or 3.8 and max temp is 58 degrees
2x4 Team Vulcan 8GB 2400 RAM
Asrock Pro4 AB350 motherboard
Asus GTX 1060 3GB
1 TB HDD

Edit: One day after I posted this thread, not only did my PC restart, it said it was scanning and repairing disk :)C). So is it the hard droves problem?

Solution
Please add the directory C:\Windows\Minidump into a new ZIP or RAR file and share it here. Use any file hosting service you wish... OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. This will allow us to properly analyze the dumps to determine the cause.

If there are no Dump files present in C:\Windows\Minidump, please follow Option One at the following link, and use the Small Memory Dump option when setting the "Write debugging information" drop down menu:

Alternatively, you can download this registry file to complete the change for you...

I had the same issue, and I realised it was due to my XMP not being stable on my computer. Try either reverting your cpu overclock or adding more voltage and stress testing until you know it is stable.
