Question Your pin is no longer available due to change to the security settings on your device

Hello there, I had a problem with my CPU so I had to try everything and reset bios and flash bios update.
although after that I cant login to windows.
I have a admin account with pin and a regular one with password
I can only to the one with password and not to the one with the pin( admin)
I tried to use CMD as admin and create new users etc no luck at all.
Bellow you can see the login page.

go into bios and reset (clear) TPM

I tried to disable TPM and try to login again into the account no luck.
Then tried to enable TPM again no luck again.

I just wanted to clean my pc build and change thermal paste after that my CPU socket got some pieces of the thermal paste.
Then the pc didn't post at all and tried to flash and reset first the bios no luck there.
After that I managed to clean the CPU socket and get to windows login screen only.

I solve it by reset this pc option which deleted everything from the C drive and keep my personal files.
