Guys this is my final build on a budget and I just want to ask some couple of questions.

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHZ
R9-270X 2GB GDDR5 256BIT
GSKILL RIPJAWS 2x4GB - 8GB
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Liteon DVDRW IHAS-124 24x Sata
Corsair VS550 Power Supply
Cooler Master K350
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

1) Are these specs are fine, I mean everything would work too well while playing games like BF4, Watch Dogs, AC: IV, etc.
2) On the games listed above, can I run them in ultra at 1080p?
3) Are there any issues regarding the MOBO, CPU, GPU and PSU? I mean are their compatible to each other?
4) Regarding on the quality of the GPU what brand is more reliable - MSI, ASUS or SAPPHIRE?
5) Any opinions on overclocking?

I really need your help and opinions and I appreciate them! Thank you!

get aftermarket cpu cooler when your thinking to Overclock. Just use stock CPU cooler.

It is not as good as external PSU. But it will be fine.I don't think it will be trash. get a good UPS and good to go.

OK! I will Change it.

This is a good build, but is basically exactly the same as OPs original build.

Thank you Sir Parthu Revanth and Sir tiny voices. Actually that specs of mine is for me and my friend. I think i'll share to him Sir Parthu Revanth's build. I'll take all your ideas! Thank you!

I agree with you.If you want to Play Next Gen Games like Watch Dogs, consider getting 8350.
(or)

Buy FX 8320 and add aftermarket cpu cooler and overclock to 4GHz you will get 8350.

FX 8320 is 2000 peso more than FX 6300.

Okay thanks. But if I'm going to OC the FX 8320 or FX 8350 is the Hyper 212 EVO is enough and do I need to change the PSU as well? And ofcourse regarding on my mobo when OC'ng?
