Guys this is my final build on a budget and I just want to ask some couple of questions.

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHZ
R9-270X 2GB GDDR5 256BIT
GSKILL RIPJAWS 2x4GB - 8GB
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Liteon DVDRW IHAS-124 24x Sata
Corsair VS550 Power Supply
Cooler Master K350
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

1) Are these specs are fine, I mean everything would work too well while playing games like BF4, Watch Dogs, AC: IV, etc.
2) On the games listed above, can I run them in ultra at 1080p?
3) Are there any issues regarding the MOBO, CPU, GPU and PSU? I mean are their compatible to each other?
4) Regarding on the quality of the GPU what brand is more reliable - MSI, ASUS or SAPPHIRE?
5) Any opinions on overclocking?

I really need your help and opinions and I appreciate them! Thank you!

Go with r9 280, it is in you budget.
you can play most of the games in Ultra in 1080p and some games in high at 1080p.

About CPU FX 6300 is best "bang for buck" CPU.It will be ideal for you GPU.
(or)
Save some money and go with FX 8320, Only if your thinking about r9 280 Crossfire. For future.

About Overclocking : Do overclocking later, you can overclock CPU and GPU later.
You will be happy with CPU and GPU at stock frequency.

Check this FX 6300 and R9 280 gameplay
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXKm35ZK-j8

Note: r9 280 and r9 280x are same but r9 280x has higher base clock speed compared to r9 280.

Geting better GPU will be better .Because r9 280(High end Gaming GPU) use mantle API it will decrease CPU load and gives great fps.

if added 2000 to budget is not a problem then go with Fx 8320 .
If budget is problem then go with FX 6300.
Note: FX 6300 run quietly in low temp at load when compared to FX 8320.

overclocking FX 6300 to 4Ghz will do fine with r9 280 and that will be ideal for his budget.
I don't think fx 6300 will bottle neck r9 280 even at 3.5 Ghz frequency.
But FX 8320 with r9 280 give more fps since fx 8320 uses 8-cores.
All games use only 4 cores there is no need to go for FX 8320 , FX 6300 with 6-core will be good to run any game.

Since in your game list you have Watch Dogs.It is high graphical game, it is releasing on 27th on this month.
If it performs(60+ fps) well in medium settings at 1080p with FX 6300 and r9 270x, Then go with this build.
if it performs (60+ fps) well in medium settings at 1080p with FX 6300 and r9 280 ,then go with this build.
If it does not perform well then save money and consider getting FX 8320 and r9 280x.

By checking performance of above build we will have an ideal that how good those builds will work with Next-Gen games, since Watch dogs is Next-Gen game.
