Question Yourphone.exe always showing up in GPU usage - Background apps are off

In the past turning off background apps helped prevent this, but now that I have my own phone it is on no matter what. I am sure the program is not a trojan since it is from C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.YourPhone_1.20041.91.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

I don't use this app at all, but I may find it useful in the future so I'd like it to not run at all unless I want it to. I checked my phone and linking is turned off. I removed the device from my laptop.

Is this possible to fix this without using Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage?

As I mentioned, background apps does not work and I do not want to remove the package either.
