Youtube buffering issue

So i have this problem with my youtube that once I watch a video it goes for about ten seconds(my internet honestly isn't that bad I can watch a full video without buffering on my other computer) and then just buffers without end, I have tried lowering quality, i have tried updating flash player but nothing worked. Help please?

use testmy.net to see what speeds your getting. Even though you say you have good internet, it could be something wrong with your network on the computer your using.
