Question Youtube causes random micro stutters during games.

Hello, I have a 2080TI with a dual screen setup 240Hz + 60hz. For some reason whenever I have any video playing or streaming on the 60hz screen, my main gaming screen during gaming (full screen / bordlerless) will get hit with this really weird random micro stutter input lag (feels like 60hz at borderless) at high frame rates (240fps), it will happen every few seconds or so. Also i realized that I will also get performance drops, without any youtube videos I can run the game at 240FPS stable just fine but with any videos the game will drop down to 190-200 at random times. Is this normal? If not how can I fix this, I have already disabled hardware acceleration in google chrome. thanks in advance everybody.

I actually have a 3rd monitor plugged into the iGPU and it's causing more input lag and trouble so I unplugged it

Bump, Is not a hardware issue is it? Do i need more ram :O

I'd suggest some kind of driver issue, and unless you are actually using 32Gb of ram you won't need more.

Which web browser are you using? You could try disabling Hardware Acceleration. I know Chrome has a setting for this.

hmm I am on the latest driver 430.86 is there a stable version for the 2080TI?

Ah sorry, I must have been distracted when I read your post.

If you haven't hit up the nvidia forums, I would try that. Maybe log a ticket for it too. This isn't the first time I've heard of people complaining about multi-monitor setups before with nvidia cards.
