Youtube changing fullscreen size lag.

When i press fulscreen button it is lagging 2-3 seconds. And same with when i press again fullscreen button. I mean quit from fulscreen. Can anyone help me? I tried google chrome and microsoft edge. They are same. Before there wasn't any problem.

What have you tried so far? Have you cleared each browsers cache? Have you shutdown and booted back up or restarted the computer?

i did it what did you say. But didn't fix. And i think this isn't browser problem. Because they are same microsoft edge and google chrome. Can be problem is adobe flash player. Or youtube/html5 ? Can't be?

Nope its only youtube. Other sites good.

If indeed flash player is the problem you can clear the cache for flash player and see if that helps.

I tried but haven't worked. I think flashplayer isn't problem. If flashplayer has problem other sites have same problem i think. May be youtube html5 ? Or i installed kaspersky. May be problem?

Videos don't lag. Only changing screen size. And both of have lag. It wait 3-4 seconds while it is changing.
