Youtube makes my browser to freeze at the beginning of EVERY video

Why is that? I switched to Opera from Firefox because of that and now it happens in Opera too??

That is not possible, I have 100mb/s, when I download games from Steam, Uplay, Origin, etc I get 10mb/s+ and my internet is very fast.
My system build is:
AMD MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB
8GB RAM
Intel Core i5 4690

It seems like there are many reasons for this. First I would make sure that you have the latest driver for your GPU. Check on the AMD website, don't depend on the search for new drivers function. Go to the options in your browser and remove hardware acceleration. Misery loves company. Here's what other people are trying:
