Question Youtube often very slow and being loaded only partily

I don't what is the board suitable for the following topic, so I post it here:
Anyway, I have lot of problems with Youtube in the recent times. where it being loaded only partly, and I have to refresh it, in order to force it to being fully loaded:

Also: When login to my Youtube account, I takes a while to do this.

Why these problems happens?

Is for example vimeo or other video portals problematic like this too?

Check youtube with Internet Explorer or Edge as well

I don't browse other video portals. Only Youtube.
I tested Vimeo right now, and it don't gives me these problems.
I'm using Firefox 68.0 and Pale Moon 28.6.0.1.

Update: This problem occurs only in Firefox 68.0. Not with Pale Moon 28.6.0.1.
