[SOLVED] Youtube on Google Chrome occasionally flickers?

I'm talking about this:

It happens rarely, I've noticed it only twice in 4 months but it happens only in Chrome. I tried playing the same video in Microsoft Edge and my phone and it didn't have the flickering lines show up.

Hardware acceleration is on and the same happens when it's off.

Have you tried it in incognito? You probably just have an extension forcing h.264 playback instead of VP9.
