Every time I watch Shorts, the area where it normally shows the title, channel, etc is completely broken and the formatting is messed up. I attached some example screenshots.

Anyone know why?

Works fine on Firefox:

I really don't want to clear my cookies/cache/site settings because that might mess up notifications, accounts, passwords, etc.

I'm having the same problem but on Firefox, and I've seen a post from someone where it's happening to them on Opera.

I'm using uBO and Improve Youtube, but I've tried opening a Short in a new tab with both disabled and it still persists (I've even tried with *all* add-ons/extensions disabled, still persists).

The funny thing is that if I open a *private* tab then it looks like it's supposed to.

Same. Whenever I use Firefox or Chrome Incognito mode it works fine, but even if I disable every single one of my extensions it still acts weird.

This makes me think that it has to do with cookies, because in a browser I use a lot (Chrome) it breaks even with extensions disabled, but in Incog mode with no history or cookies, or in FIrefox (which i never use) it works fine. I guess I'll clear my YouTube cookies and see if that helps.

Update: Fixed!

Some instructions and images on how to fix it:

Step 1: Click on "Cookies and site data" (shown in image) and then "Manage on-device site data" (not in image)

Step 2: Delete the cookies and site data that I circled in the image. Keep the un-circled cookies (accounts.google.com) if you want to stay signed into your accounts.

Holy cow that did it! I'm on Firefox so it was a bit different (and it did in fact log me out of Google and Youtube but I'm fine with just logging back in), but that fixed it! THANK YOU!
