Question youtube video playback freezing (only sound works well)

why the [language] my youtube playback is freezing al the stoopit time even if i refresh the page uh i thin this trash is the answer im using AMD A4-43355M with Radeon HD 7400G 4Gb ram

Can someone help me?

And can someone tell me if this crap can run any game?

Your youtube playback issue maybe a result of bad internet as those components should be ok enough for web browsing and video streaming, however, if you want to game on this machine, unfortunately, you are going to be limited to playing low demand titles like CS:GO and League of Legends

man this issue persist my wifi is 51GB upload and download and it still freezing so
idk what to do now

and how the freak the specs pages tells that this apu can reach 2.4 Ghz i can barely hit 2.1Ghz with high performance battery settings
