YouTube Videos are Split

Every time I try to watch a youtube video on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, the video gets split into many lines and squares. I can't fix this, and it makes it very difficult to watch any videos. I can upload a picture if it is possible and if someone could tell me how.
