z270p d3 voltage question

Hi,
i have a z270p d3 with a i7 7700k. I'm trying to overclock but it seems like the MOBO wont let me enter a value higher than 1.3v for Vcore. Is that normal? Is there really no way to give more volt to the cpu with that board? I feel like it's probably something that should be in the spec sheet if that's the case.

So anyone has an idea? I can overclock to 4.8 but 4.9 isnt stable at 1.3 so i would like to be able to boost vcore just a bit more but cant find how
