Question Z370 code 18

I just recently short my pc, was upgrading case and mobo (the old ones were probably $100 combined) and while cleaning and reapplying thermal paste i believe i got some in the cpu slot. Since then ive replaced literally every component in my pc besides my GPU but i still get a code 18 on my z370 mobo
What could be the problem?

Mobo: z370 obviously
Cpu: i9 9900k
Gpu: gtx 1080
Ram: 4x6gb corsair vengence lpx 3200Mhz

Make sure the bios is updated ? What kind of the new and old Mboard ?

Forgot to mention the actual problem is that the pc turns on but has no visual display, its a brand new motherboard.

Can you tell more details about the Mboard ? Every Mboard have different code meanings.

Msi z370 code 18, has something to do with memory, Theres a description on their website that i dont understand

(System Agent module specific)

Try reseat CPU, make sure there is no bent pins, and try clear the BIOS.
