[Z370-E Gaming] Addressable RGB not working !!!!!

i have bought wb2813 5050 led 1 meter 60 leds strip and connected to the motherboard but it lit up only white color and then randomly it lit up orange and then red color but not working as it suppose to...

thought the strip had some problem and purchased another strip but the other strip doesnt even light up. i have managed to connect both the strips together but the first strip with single color problem works but the new strip doesnt light up.

im very sure that the wires are properly soldered. i dont have any strip adapters to test the strip externally but to connect it to asus motherboard.

i have tried to config the strip and change options in Aura software but nothing working. help me

based on these videos i have purchased those strips and it failed me twice.
