Question Z390 Board that supports two M.2 NVMe

I would like to add two 970 EVO Plus to a build. I'd prefer an AMD system however I was told there was no way to add the two drives and have them "fully" functional without giving something else up.

Is there an Intel board in the Z390 line that would support both drives without any compromises?

If not I'll just revert back to my AMD build.

All ASUS z390 boards, eg, Prime z390-A, have two M.2 ports.
