Z390 Boots for 8 seconds and restarts

I just got a brand new Auros Z390 and Intel 9600k to go with it.

It's paired with a corsair RM750, I built it all, went to run it and red cpu light and just restarting with light, fans.

I have tried breadboarding it, no ram, 1 ram. No cpu fan, it installed. (Corsair h110).

I have tried it with no cpu... Same red cpu light.

I am unsure if what to do now and I have gone through the no posting troubleshooter.

Try taking the board outside the case, removing the CPU, taking a picture of the CPU socket, uploading it on imgur and then posting the link here.

Pins look ok. Now, board outside the case, put back the CPU, install the CPU cooler, connect only the 24 and 8 pin CPU power cables and start the board. See if still red CPU LED.

No ram in. Cooler is mounted with the link attachment plugged into the USB header. The 24 pin is in along with the 8 pin. Cpu fans and pump is also plugged in. Same thing

For some reason, the CPU is not detected. I'd return both motherboard and CPU to be replaced, assuming that the power supply does provide the needed power.

Yeh.. Judt tried booting with no cpu, my old 6600k but still the same constant red light. I'm going to try my brothers identical working cpu before I return it but thanks,

Tried a new cpu... Brand new motherboard was shot!
