[SOLVED] Z390 M Bios Update from f5 to f9

Hello , I'm currently using motherborad Z390M -CF(according to CPU-Z) , I'm trying to update my bios from F5 to F9 but no luck , everything i try it gives me an error saying " bios id check error " .
Was looking for guides on the internet and didnt find anything that helped.
Would be glad to hear some advice.

I don't see a f9 I do see a f9m.
Is that what you mean?

Try to update to f6 and see if that works.

What's going on with your hdd looks bad.
