[SOLVED] Z390 Ultra Blinks with power then does nothing

I just finished my build and I’m having issues with the motherboard. I flip the power switch and the lights come on for a second and then shut off. My ram however are the only thing that seems to start running as they light up with their RGB lights.

CPU: i9 9900K
Motherboard: Aorus Z390 Ultra
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4-3600 16GBx2
GPU: Aorus GeForce GTX 1080Ti AIO water cooled
PSU: AX850 80 plus Gold
Tower: Corsair 220T RGB Airflow
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H60

Im at the point where I have everything disassembled and only the CPU with a air fan instead of the hydro series and the mother connected to the power supply. I’ve tried a power pull and nothing.

For a boot you need CPU & Cooler, Ram, GPU (you have integrated. USE IT), and PSU.
You should connect a keybd but is not required. You just get a keybd error if it does boot up.

Make sure you are not reusing the modular cables from the old PSU.
