Does the Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Ultra have the LGA 1200 mounting pattern along with the LGA 1700 like the Asus motherboards?

no, it does not. if you want to reuse your lga 115x/1200 existing cooler, you could chose some asus mobo instead, they have 2 holes for the mounting (1200 + 1700).
