So I've just upgraded my PC to this:

I keep getting hit with blue screens and I'm not sure why. I ran memtest and after 1 pass, everything was fine (I'm going to run it again for longer when I go to sleep, just to make sure). I thought the problem might be an old BIOS, so I flashed to the most recent version, didn't help. I also thought that perhaps plugging my case fan into the CPU_OPT slot might be a no-no so I unplugged that as well, still blue screened.

I have a collection of memory dumps somewhere on my PC but I have no idea how to read them or what to do with them.

Any ideas on how I can figure this out?

p.s. my girlfriend has the exact same CPU/Mobo/Memory configuration. She's also blue screened twice in about 4 months, whereas I've blue screened about dozen times in a few weeks. I'm starting to think there is a systemic problem with this hardware combination.

Hmm. Alright that's going to take some time, since the blue screens happen completely randomly, often in games that require a video card.

Is there nothing I can do with the memory dump info?
