Z87 Extreme 4 or Z87 Extreme 6 ?

I can get the extreme 4 for 153 euros and the extreme 6 for 181 euros.

Is it really worth the extra money ? Intentions are some good overclocking for my Haswell K version core i5 .

The Extreme 4 will most likely overclock the same as the Extreme 6 and the difference between the two will be in what extra features or hardware that the Extreme 6 will have.
