Zalman 9900MAX Does Not Fit in Azza Solano 1000 Case - Ideas?

Hi All,

There is a thread here that says that the Zalman 9900MAX will fit in the AZZA Solano despite the max clearance for the Solano being listed as 150mm and the Zalman being 152mm tall (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/266756-29-zalman-9900max-azza-solano-1000-case). Well, after moving my computer over to the new case, I tried to close the side case door only to find the middle fan pushing against the cooler. I tried to gently close it but with no avail. I just wanted to create a thread to warn others, since the other Toms Hardware thread has erroneous information and is the only one that comes up if you google Zalman 9900MAX and Azza Solano 1000.

If anyone knows of a good work around, I'd love to hear it! The Azza Solano has a 230mm x 30mm side intake fan, and it looks like that's a standard size. A possibility is to get this (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Store/Product.aspx?C=1020&SC=1078&ID=1916) but I would rather find a way to make it work on my current setup. Any help would be awesome!
