Zalman R1 GPU Stand

Hello guys after some time I finally built up my new system based on Zalman R1 Case.
This case has a crossbar from bottom to the top of the mid of case to stand your GPU.
Its screwed on two cross bolts who they are a little bit destroyed from my tries to remove it because it is screwed very good.
Now this bolts are damaged by the screwdriver and I cant do a thing.
How can I remove them without damaging my case??

Drill them out with a small sized drill bit.
