Hi,
In the PSU tiered list:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
Zalman "ZM series" is listed.
All the Zalman units seem to have "ZM" at the start of the item number, as if it is usual for the brand. I see none listed as ZM series here:
http://www.zalman.com/eng/product/CategorySecond_Pic_Text.php
They have names like ZM450-FX, or ZM500-HP Plus.

Zalman units are shown as having several different manufacturers here:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-oem-manufacturer,2913-10.html

Is the "ZM series" an outdated series?
Which units does the tiered list refer to?
Are all Zalman units (within the listed wattage) good PSU's?

Many thanks.

You want the ones made by Channel Well or if you have no choice then get the ones made by FSP.

I am not sure about Enhance, but lower tier EVGA power supplies are made by HEC.

Heard that Andyson and Hui Cheng are bad. I have no idea at all about Seventeam.

Tier two class A - Excellent quality units, if not, as good as the Tier one class of units. For people who have a limited budget, but still want a reliable unit for the price

RM 450 / 550 / 650w models (Made by Channel Well Technology)

These Channel Well units are listed under Corsair, is Channel Well mentioned in this Corsair list entry because Channel Well generally make good power supplies, are Channel Well units all decent PSU's?

Thanks
