Zeb-up2010 is showing hardware instalation problem in windows 7 professional

zeb-up2010 tv tuner was working properly on win7 homebasic
now i upgraded to win7 professional
tv tuner is now showing " HARDWARE INSTALLATION PROBLEM"
HOW TO rectify this

Remove the card and uninstall previous drivers ,restart ,download latest driver from manuf website ,or put card back update driver through internet automaticaly if available in windows update center

Check al cables or correctly connected or any lose connection can also cause this problem
