I am planning to buy a Zebronics G31 motherboard .Does it support ddr2 Ram of 2-8gb ,core2duo and dual core processor?Can it play hd video well without lag?

yes it will use the core 2 duo, it allows up to 4 gb of ddr2 ram. it's built in graphics is pretty weak and may not play hd content very well. do you have a seperate graphics card or do you intend to use the motherboard's gpu? you can get a much better graphics card for pretty cheap if you're willing. $50-$75 will be leaps ahead of the mobo's gpu.

if you actually have a new psu with over 300 watts, you can get a better card that will even allow for decent gaming. they will run over $100 though and not worth it if the system is only for video playback.
