What is the polling rate on gaming laptop keyboards? I have a set of razer peripherals but I am not sure whether or not I have to use an external keyboard. As far as I know the keyboard is only 125hz? Or do gaming laptops come with 1000hz polling rate keyboards? Thanks!

What the tests might be indicating is that the keyboard's polling rate is not the limiting factor. Maybe not even relevant.

The latency may be due to some other component or factor. Including human.

What "speeds" did the tests record?

I am using a Logi K540 wireless keyboard. Old, arthritis in my fingers.

Recorded 12 to 43 Hz Scan Rate, 84 ms, and a wide range of response times.

I would be hard pressed to type much faster and certainly nothing near what the keyboard's polling rate would be unable to handle.

That said, I will defer to the gaming community regarding any specific gaming advantages and keyboard polling rates.

like 100-125hz on both and the razers a blackwidow
