Question Zephyrus G14 CPU frequency dropping to 396mHz ONLY IN GAMES

I have been experiencing a CPU frequency dropping issue for a week now. I have tried everything from Google and other forums, but nothing has helped. The only solution I thought could work was changing the liquid metal. The temperatures did drop down, but the issue still persists. I have run many stress tests on my CPU, GPU, and everything else, and everything seems fine. The temperature is below 90 (I had around 95 before the problem, and I had no problems). The CPU frequency only drops while gaming. I have checked the power plan, reinstalled all the drivers, and checked everything, but nothing seems to help.
Has anyone else experienced problem like this or i'm the only one? It's g14 with ryzen 9 5900hs and rtx 3060.

Yep. I've tried disabling overlay, didn't help.
Just updated the BIOS to the latest version. It seems like the problem is gone, but even before that, I had this problem randomly. It could be gone for half of the day and come back for the other half so i can't be sure if it's gone or not...

Ok if it continues try disabling hardware acceleration in browser. I know it sounds random, but it won't hurt anything and see if anything changes.
