zip file passwords

after downloading and trying to open and print, I get an error message that I
need to enter a password for the zip file. I have only had zp home edition
for a week and never entered a password for this. Can't change it either
without knowing the original. can anyone help?

Where did you download it from? Have you asked the sender for the password?
