Firstly, I hope I'm posting to the correct part of the Forum here, please let me know if it would be better posted elsewhere

I've been using Zoom on my Windows 10 PC for year without any major problems - until a week ago
Now, when I start a Zoom meeting with video, Zoom goes into "not responding" and hangs - see video athttps://1drv.ms/v/s!AmxJyApgEAcYhuIPEssXOcgBZIVyvQ?e=weEijB
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.

My webcam works fine on the native Windows "Camera" application

I get the same problem whether starting Zoom from the desktop app, Chrome or Edge. I have tried going through "Settings"/"Video" and get the same problem-

This is urgent, I am a heavy Zoom user. I've logged it with Zoom Support but they have spent 8 days not fixing it.

All help gratefully received!

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and Windows 10 version information.

Any changes "a week ago": hardware, software?

Look in Reliability History for error messages, warnings, and even informational events. The timeline format may help you narrow down when the problem began.

In the "Type here to search" box type "View your Update history". Any update problems listed?

Try running Windows' built in troubleshooters. The trouble shooters may find and fix something.

Likewise run "sfc /scannow" and "dism"
