Zoom in webcam

Hello,
I just want to use my webcam as if I were looking myself at a mirror, to see my face while I am shaving. I would like to see fullscreen, and, if possible at all, zoom into pimples. Any body who knows a simple soft to do this? Thanks!

I do not understand you reply; anyway, FYI: Zoom, a soft by BrotherSoft seemed to fulfill my expectations. However, when I downloaded it and tried to install it, my AVG antivirus blocked it, warning there is a virus in it. So, back to square 1... My purpose was to use this soft for cosmetic institutes and teaching purposes. Thanks. Julian
