I'm india and I only found zoonis h55 motherboard cheaper and best at its price
I wanna have it for Xeon x3430, is this motherboard also overcloacks this processor???

Short answer is no. That's a locked cpu and a locked motherboard that was never meant for overclocking.

The igpu will be fine for basic tasks but if you want to game you'll want a dedicated GPU.
