Hi,
So i bought a Zotac GTX 1070 Amp! edition, and right off the bat, i stressed it using furmark and heaven, the temps seemed unusually high.. 79C (Heaven) and 83C (Furmark AA off) both at 1080p so i thought the Card was a dud and RMA'd it, when i received the new card, the temps were the same.. is this a cooler problem?? i had thought that the large heatsink and large fans will keep the card quite low, i also changed the TIM to Coolermaster IC Essential 2 and Arctic Silver Ceramique 2.. same results even at 100% fan speed, air flow is not a problem as i have 2 intake fans and 2 exhaust fans.. this isnt affecting my gameplay though, im getting a solid 1911mhz boost in BF4 multiplayer, i know 92C is the max alllowed in MSI afterburner.. but im a bit disappointed that an after market cooler runs as hot as a Founders edition card. anyone else having the same card and having the same temps?? thanks
