Question Zotac GTX 1080 Ti 11 GB AMP Extreme contant crashes to desktop

My GPU (1080ti AMP extreme) Is crashing to desktop constantly. It always crashed periodically since i purchased it new. Although im tired of it crashing now.

Specs:
-Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11 GB AMP Extreme Video Card
-Intel Core i7-6700K 4 GHz Quad-Core Processor
-Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 CL15 Memory
-Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
-EVGA SuperNOVA G2 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
-NZXT Kraken X62 Liquid CPU Cooler

Info:
-All of my games crash to desktop without error messages. the only errors i got are error Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x00000000 and DXGI_Error_Device_Reset.
-Zero overclocking
-All of my games run very smooth but close at random
-its not a virus
-My temps are no where close to being the issue
-Most crashes have 4101 errors

Ive tried:
debug mode nvidia
changing tdr times
updating drivers
windows factory reset
changing wires and card slot
administrator
ccleaner registry
verify game cache
moved games to different a drive
bios is updated
changed memory to 2133 from 2400
lowered GPU clock from 1759MHz to 1500MHz
increased power to GPU by 120%
