I'm looking to upgrade to the ZOTAC GTX 780 AMP.

However, I'm seeing that the "Recommended" requirement for the PSU is 700w. My PSU is currently only 650w.

Does anyone have any experience with this card? Should I play it safe and go with a different 780? (EVGA or MSI).

Here is my current build.

Your psu is more than powerful enough to power the whole build efficiently and easily. You can power this card with as little as a 500 watt power supply as long as it's a good quality one. The one you chose is a very high quality psu and you will not run into any problems running your configuration

Zotac is typically a lower quality nvidia partner company, and most people will recommend MSI for the same price range, or evga for higher price range, but really, there isn't anything overtly wrong with choosing zotac, especially if it is the cheapest option for you

Thanks for the assistance! I've had a couple of ZOTAC cards in the past, and have never once had an issue with one. The price and factory overclocking on this card is what sold me on it. The benchmarks (from what I could find) looked to hold up against and pass over the competition as well.
