Question Zotac RTX throwing same result than a 1060 6gb

Hi guys, my specs are these
i7 7700K
ASRock Z270 Taichi (2017)
2 x 8gb DDR$ SDRAM Corsair vengance 3000 mhz
A samsung SSD 256GB

And the main issue here is my graphic card
I have GeForce GTX 1060 DUAL 6GB that throws me around 6050 performance test
And a friend of mine is selling a
Zotac RTX GeForce 3060 12 GB gddr6 that is acutally throwing the same performance test.

Am I having some issue with other component? Both drivers are up to date.
The motherboard has pci express gen 3 and the new graphic card has pci express gen 4, the only thing I was able to find

Any help?

Are you sure is the GPU test? Passmark online scores for GTX 1060 and RTX 3060 are 10.067 and 17.080
