im pretty on the fence on which order to keep, here are my options.

Gigabyte 2080ti OC- ships october first from newegg (allegedly)

Zotac 2080ti AMP- ships october 15 from amazon (allegedly)

the Zotac is obviously cheaper and i dont mind the wait however my question is which should i choose based on mostly thermal's and design quality? im new to the whole enthusiast gpu scene and have not had enough gpu's from brand's to make the most educated choice so help!

Depends on the person, but in general yeah it does matter.

That's why it's generally good to wait for the reviews and tear downs etc to see what is what.

Especially when buying high end cards.

They are NOT all the same.

I have read that all third-party cards have Revision A GPU dies (binned for higher performance) like the founders edition. Can someone confirm this for the Zotac 2080 Ti AMP! edition? (it's the cheapest card available in the stores I have access to)

They are get the same chip. How They address the power, delivery, factory clock speeds and, cooling is different. One company may use a cheaper cooler making the GPU throttle and have lower performance. Wait for the reviews to,know or just buy and hope.

Wait for the reviews etc.

The cheapest is NEVER the best by the way, you do get what you pay for in the end.
