Zowie EC2-A Unstable polling rate

I've recently just purchased a zowie ec2-a and it's been lagging sometimes when I move fast which makes it hard to reach targets while playing games. They have a website where you can check your mouse polling rate and when I test my mouse it starts at 1000 then drops 800 when I swipe fast. The only way I can fix this is if I restart my pc then it just gets 1000 consistently. But it starts doing it again. I've tried switching USB ports, cleaning the sensors, disabling mouse selective, deleting the other mouses I've previously had, but it always ends up lagging again.

I would advise you contacting BenQ if you still have warranty and invoice of the purchase.
