Zowie XL2430 Problem - 144hz - Stuttering and cutted audio when opening certain games or apps.

Hello guys, firstable, this is my first post in this forum and i am from Mexico, if i have some mistakes in my english sorry about that, seriously.

I have a problem right now with my computer, i dont know if its the xl2430 monitor, my cpu, my graphics, etc.

Basically, the problem that i have right now its "im going to link the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8x3S5yKBs4BMkc2VGR0d0JZZVE/view put it in the minute 1:40" The video its in spanish but just watch the behavior.

The behavior of the computer is basically like SUPER LAG when opening some games, apps, and alt tabbing some times, is like super lag that cuts the audio and the mouse starts LAGGING and after 10 secs more or less, everything loads super fast. I already tried with different PSU and different Video Card, right now i have one GTX 970 ASUS STRIX 4GB is a pretty good video card, i have an AMD FX 8350 BLACK EDITION 4 year old, this behavior happends in single monitor, and multiple setup, it doesnt really matter.

I already bought an i7 7700k and GB MB, can you help me with this? You are going to heal me i have a horrible headache right now.. hahaha.

I'm pretty sure that it's the old FX chip. When i used to try to play GTA V with my 6600k, I had to overclock it to get rid of stuttering.

Oh man... hmm do you think is that man? i mean, is any chance to have that problem with a defective monitor?

Oh amazing, yeah because hmmm you know, is anoying, did you see the video that i linked? Because, i.e: in league of legends when is loading the match is like "BRRRRRRRRRRR" cutted sound for 5 seconds. that kind of behavior.
