If your GTX 960 has DisplayPort, Dual-Link DVI-D, or HDMI output, yes. But you'll need DVI-D Dual-Link to get 144 MHz. And I doubt the GTX 960 2GB can produce those kind of frame rates in today's AAA games anyway.

The GTX 960 will work fine. But as I said, you won't see enough fps to utilize the 144 Hz capabilities of the monitor. If you get a faster, newer gfx card,you may be able to tho. Here is some infor on the requirements for seeing 144 HZ/144 fps.
