Hi, Im Omar

I have bought a new computer from one month when i got the computer and start to play on it there was zzz sound from the motherboard of the computer. The place i got from was so kind so they helped me and changed my rtx 4070 12gb to rtx 4070 ti super and the problem contains after this they changed my motherboard from Asus b760 to Asus z790 plus and they changed my PSU Broze to Asus Gold after this the problem contains. I don't know where is the problem.

I have tried tests and the computer runs without sound when I start to play any game the sound starts immediately and cuts when the screen goes black or when entering the menu. I have tried everything hardware and software in bios. I have changed CPU settings and nothing changed. I have CPU INTEL CORE I5 14600K after all this money paid and after all this time the problem doesn't solve. Its not coil whine because its the same sound everytime I change a component.

The sound comes from the back of the motherboard in the cpu part the metal part which has the grey colour. Also, I forgot to say that I tested all the fans to see if this is the problem or not and when running the fans on very high speed there is no zzz sound. So, please I need help to solve this problem.
CPU: Intel core i5 14600k
CPU cooler: xigmatek LK 360 digital Argb aio liquid CPU cooler
Motherboard: Asus tuf gaming z790 plus wifi ll motherboard
Ram: lexar ares 32gb 2×16 Ddr5 7200Mhz
SSD/HDD: it's was I think ssd 512 NVMe m.2 I think it was crucial
GPU: rtx 4070 ti super
PSU: Asus tuf gaming 850w gold 80 plus ATX 3.1 fully modular power supply
OS: windows 11
Monitor: Asus tuf gaming Vg27aql3a
Thanks

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Since you swapped out parts, we'll be seeing two sets of specs, one for before you performed the swap and one after the parts were swapped out.

Off the bat, did you reinstall the OS after you'd changed the motherboard?

Its not coil whine because its the same sound everytime I change a component.
If the sound doesn't exist on your seller/shops end, then the only difference that's showing up is the source of power(your wall outlet) which might be lacking grounding.

One other thing you can try and do to narrow down the source of the noise is to take a sheet of A4 paper, roll it up into a cylinder, then hold one end to your ear. Use the other end to locate the source of the sound.

Moved thread from Components section to Systems section.

I have edited the specs of my computer as you told me
The sound I listened to it
It is from the motherboard from the Cpu back
The sound is the same in the seller shop but it's lower to be here
I didn't reinstall my OS but it's updated and also it's not old installion i installed it from my old computer bec I use the same ssd but this download was from 3 months I think

and I'm not able to use it
Based on what you said, your PC operates fine. With only a small side effect of mysterious audible noise.

and when running the fans on very high speed there is no zzz sound.
Depends on what creates the mysterious sound, but fans at high RPM, either mask the mysterious sound, so that you can't hear it; or if it is vibration sound, fans spinning at high RPM make the PC case resonate differently, thus stopping the noise.

The sound comes from the back of the motherboard in the cpu part the metal part which has the grey colour.
That is called CPU socket backplate. And either it resonates due to vibration (since it isn't secured well), or your CPU cooler is actually the one who makes the noise.

CPU cooler: xigmatek LK 360 digital Argb aio liquid CPU cooler
That is an AIO and has pump directly over the CPU. All sounds that come from CPU area are to do with AIO pump. Either the pump bearing, trapped air in pump or (rarely) vibration noise (metal part resonating).

So, look over the fastening of your AIO backplate. You need to remove the pump for that.
Backplate is seen in your AIO installation guide, Step 1, letter B.

I have tried to increase the speed of the fan of the cooler and also the AIO pump from bios and there was no zzz sound

If you change fan/pump RPM and the strange sound goes away, then it is bearing noise. Some fans/pumps to produce bearing noise at certain RPM or RPM range. Running them outside of that bearing noise RPM range is best fix. Other is component replacement.
Sorry for replying late
The AIO pump is running on its full RPM and there is no sound
Is there any steps to do else
I have did everything 😭

Also when doing a rendering test for Cpu there is no any sound
Only while playing

Important ( I have tested the AIO pump at full RPM and there is no sound also while doing rendering test on Cpu there is no sound it's only while playing
It begins when entering the game and stops after closing immediately)
Thanks

Well, you haven't tried everything since there are still things to do.

Could be MoBo coil whine. If so, replacing MoBo is only option.

For better troubleshooting, take out MoBo from PC case, set it on any cardboard box and look if mysterious sound remains. This technique is called breadboarding.

Another option is increasing white noise, so that the other sound is mask into it. Or use better sound isolation headset, so that you don't hear that noise.
