Question How to get rid of boot manager screen on start up?

My motherboard is asrock fatality h170. Every time when turning the pc on, I'm seeing this boot manager screen and needs to wait 30 seconds or press enter. Enabled fast boot but doesn't help. Boot options are windows boot manager and my ssd drive. Doesn't matter which is selected, this dialog is still there. Any ideas

Was it like this from when you got it?

See if you can go to bios > tools > boot manager and turn it off.

Yes I meant something silmiar to the path I said in the BIOS.

So you disbled it? And it no longer shows when systme is booting?
