Question Rate my build for 1440p gaming?

Budget was 2k before tax and this is what i have https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qrhkrv

I kept the cooler off because I have a Frost Commander 140 already. I was told I could go with the 13700k for tiny bit higher boost clock and the extra 2 p cores but idk. Any reason to stay with 14600k over 13700k? Also i have 2 240hz 1440p monitors already so wanted a gpu that can handle those and 1440p gaming. I would like to edit and render videos using premier pro and after effects eventually as well. Also maybe get into animation on the side very little tho. Also the ram, i was told i wont get xmp to run but i was also told i should stick with the teamgroup kit (i had same speed/cas but G.Skill rgb kit before). Id about that tho i would like fast ram tbh

Please let me know your thoughts.

If you ask rate, you will get roast. That being said;

Your RAM isn't listed in MoBo memory QVL at all. So, it running 7200 MT/s chance is 50:50. Either it does or doesn't. No guarantee.
But it does run at 4800 MT/s (JEDEC default).

RTX 4070 Ti Super will not do 240 FPS on 1440p. More like 120 FPS without Ray Tracing and ~70 FPS with Ray Tracing. And that too with only 1x monitor. With two monitors, IF you game on both at once, FPS will be even less.

Nothing stops you doing those.

PSU is way overkill wattage wise. 1.2kW unit is for RTX 4090, not RTX 4070 Ti Super. 750W unit would've done fine with RTX 4070 Ti Super. As of PSU build quality, there are better PSUs out there and i would've expected to see better PSU as well, namely ATX 3.0 unit. But i guess the Be Quiet! unit should do too. Your PC and your money after all.

If I were building a 1440p gaming system that's along the lines of what I would want it to be. There is very little difference in 13th and 14th-gen Intel CPUs.

I know back in DDR4 days the highest clocked memory would not always work with a given CPU/Mobo combo. I'm not sure what the sweet spot is for DDR5. I would say you should at least be willing to consider the possibility of the faster RAM not working in XMP and you having to swap it out or dial in your own timings.

You are missing a CPU cooler.

Please let me know what parts you which change and with which. I altered the build a bit so lmk your thoughts. Also i never thought it even possible to game on 2 monitors with 2 games at once, let alone have the thought/plan to do that so i realistically expecting those kinds ofs fps in esports games and cs/r6/rocket league

Two changes;
GPU - Same Asus one but without Asus OC profile (you can OC it yourself if you like), saving 120 bucks.
PSU - Solid build quality unit from Seasonic. In proper wattage range and since PSU is ATX 3.0, it has dedicated power cable directly from PSU to GPU, so that you don't have to use the rickety 12VHPWR adapter. Also, Seasonic unit is 30 bucks cheaper than Be Quiet! unit.

Thank you very much, especially for the gpu advice, i didnt even see that, its so stupid how much they will charge of an oc model!!!!

Also some of the other folks may have better insight since before this build I usually built amd systems. But you may look at z690 boards also as the prices on those have really come down. If you got one with bios flashback perhaps that would save a little to go towards a cpu or gpu?

Your build is fine as is.
Differences between 14700K and 13900K will not be noticed.

I might make that 990 pro a 2tb drive and defer
on the second drive.
When it fills up, then add storage.

Ram is ok. Intel does not benefit much from fast ram so you could go slower.

With no limitations on already purchased parts with the budget at the bottom of your build, something like this was possible:
