Thanks for reply
I'll provide it when back to home

But i'm sorry, i dont understand, do you want me to share gpu-z detail, with error/not compatible bios ?

Can i ask why and what you want to see ?
Because depends which bios i install
It show different results

Some with uncheck openCL, vulcan, etc
Some with unknown texture/pixel fillrate
Some with wrong memory type (micron) and showing artifacts

Well, i wanted the original BIOS you had in it.
If you already tried multiple BIOS-es then for sure you don't have the info i need.
In this case open the card and make some pictures:
We need GPU to see the serials and from memory chips those serials to identify them exactly.
Use a good light source and use macro function.

in TUP website it show 4 bios with red devil model
and 2 bios with red dragon model, 6 of them showing same ID device, but i dont want take a risk to try red dragon model

i use this version now
015.050.000.001.000000

i try 3 bios and give same result

Powercolor.RX580.8192.170331.rom
Powercolor.RX580.8192.170405.rom
Powercolor.RX580.8192.170405_1.rom

as you can see, OpenCL, Vulkan, DirectCompute, DirectML is uncheck, and pixel fillrate, texture fillrate showing unkown

i try use same version from TUP website

everything looks good, better than other BIOS, BUT,... it show artifact, especially when open video,i assume because the memory type is Micron, i remember the memory type is Hynix but i'm not sure, since i dont have a picture before first flash

TPU has the only repository I'd trust so if it's not working I'm guessing either the wrong version of the flash software is being used or the card has not been correctly identified.
Hi
i just give an update any input ?
i use flash program from TUP, BIOS file from TUP (almost all of them), and the spesific tutorial from that website

BIOS

Tutorial

for the record, this GPU not a bricked GPU from start, there's long story why i flash di BIOS, when the problem is maybe form the MOBO/PSU

So, let me understand : you suspect MOBO or PSU ?
Well in this situation i would suggest to take the video card to a friend and put it in his system for testing.
At the end you will have at least eliminated all doubts regarding those components.
If it still have errors then you have narrowed the problems to video card.
We will continue after that.

Ok, based on the fact you already tested those 3 BIOS files that i would have proposed to be flashed, i would like to ask you to open the card.
I suspect that you have a wrong BIOS flashed in your card.
So based on that please open the card and make a closeup picture of the memory chips.
Please use a good light source and use macro.
