I recently got a new PC build (by microcenter) and I'm noticing texture pop in issues and LOD stuff being really apparent. For example in Darktide swapping weapons will take a second for the textures to fully load. Or in other games things further away in the distance will either disappear or use the low detail textures.
I have a 14900k undervolted a bit with PL1 and 2 set to about 250w with XTU. I'm wondering if that would cause the GPU to have any issues like that or what I could do to fix this issue.
GPU is a msi 4090
PSU is Corsair RM1000
everything is installed on an SSD or NVME
