News Xeon E with Raptor Lake and no E-cores (Also new Xeon D)

Seems Intel is doing some new releases that aren't really being talked about.

They've resurrected the Xeon E series using Raptor Lake, but without E-cores topping out with 8 P-cores: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...xeon-e-2488-processor-24m-cache-3-20-ghz.html

There are currently 8 new SKUs listed and the other interesting part is they only list DDR5 4800 support:

Depending on prices these may appeal to folks who do not want E-cores, but do want something with higher P-cores count and performance. There isn't a new chipset listed on Ark so I'm assuming they'll work on everything LGA1700 potentially with BIOS updates.

The new Xeon D SKUs just seem to be standard updates: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/series/87041/intel-xeon-d-processor.html
